This Privacy Policy explains how this website collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when you browse the directory, submit a business listing, make an enquiry, or create an account. By using this website you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and phone number when you submit a business listing, send an enquiry to a business, claim a listing, leave a review, or create an account. We also collect limited technical and usage information automatically, such as pages visited, browser and device information, and general website activity.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the directory, publish and manage business listings, deliver enquiries to the relevant business, respond to your requests, send service-related notifications, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Sharing of Information
When you send an enquiry to a business listed in the directory, the details you include (such as your name, contact details, and message) are shared with that business so they can respond to you. We may also share information with service providers who help us run the website (such as hosting and payment providers), and where required by law.
